First you will need to login to your email account.

1: Login to KV Core

2: Click on the “My Business” tab on the Dashboard

3: Then scroll down to the “Company Cloud” section

4: Now look for the “O365” button

5: You will be asked to login to your email account

Once you have navigated into your email account we can start creating an email signature!

1: In the upper right hand corner click on the “Gear” symbol located on the top menu bar

2: Click on “Email Signature”

3: This will open a box to create an email signature

4: Make sure to check both boxes to automatically include your signature on new and forwarded messages
